Questions, answered
What time will my box arrive?
Between 6:30 and 9:30 AM, Monday to Saturday, in the one-hour slot you pick: 6:30–7:30, 7:30–8:30 or 8:30–9:30 AM. No deliveries on Sundays.
How fresh is the fruit?
We buy at the market each morning and cut at about 6 AM on the day of delivery. Nothing is cut the night before. Keep the box refrigerated and enjoy it by noon.
How do I order?
Use the booking form above: pick your box, plan, days, slot and address, and you'll get a booking ID instantly. Prefer chatting? Tap "Order on WhatsApp". Order by 9 PM and your first box can arrive the next morning.
Can I skip a day, pause or cancel?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp (quote your booking ID) before 9 PM the night before. Skipped and paused boxes aren't lost: your plan simply runs longer. You can change your box or slot anytime.
How do I pay?
Pay cash or UPI to the rider on your first delivery. Prices include all taxes and delivery is free in our serviced areas.

Within about 7 km of Uppal: Uppal, Peerzadiguda, Boduppal, Medipally, Ramanthapur, Amberpet, Habsiguda, Tarnaka, Nacharam, Mallapur, Lallaguda, Nagole, Kothapet, Saroornagar, Dilsukhnagar, LB Nagar, Nallakunta, Malkajgiri and Moula Ali.
Do you have an FSSAI licence?
Our FSSAI registration is in progress. We'll show the licence number on this page as soon as it's issued. Meanwhile our team wears gloves and hair-nets, boards and knives are sanitised, and every box is sealed.
Is there a trial box?
Trial boxes are coming soon: Kids ₹59, Solo ₹69, FitBox ₹89, Family ₹149. Until then the shortest plan is one week, or you can order a single box.
What if I'm not home?
Add a delivery note, for example "leave with security" or "hang on the door". The box is sealed, so it stays clean until you open it.
What if something isn't right?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp the same morning and we'll replace the box or credit your plan, no questions asked.
